Refund Policy

At Emmar Fabrication, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality fabrication, glazing, maintenance, and interior services with complete transparency and professionalism. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be applicable.

Service-Based Refunds

Since our services are custom and project-based, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been initiated, materials have been purchased, or work has commenced.

However, if you have made an advance payment and request a cancellation before any work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and consultation charges.

Product-Based Refunds

For custom-made products such as kitchen cabinets or aluminum structures:

  • No refunds will be provided once the manufacturing process has started.

  • If a defect is found upon delivery, we will offer repairs or replacements, depending on the issue, rather than a refund.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to emmarfabricationkannur@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Project reference or invoice number

  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will respond within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Service was paid for but not delivered due to a scheduling or operational error on our part.

  • Duplicate payments made by mistake.
